Improve Your Online Store Conversion
We have added the ability to send an automatic email to the customer when their booking is confirmed, requesting them to complete any missing details. This feature allows you to request the minimum amount of information in the online store before the payment is made, which is essential for securing more online bookings. Afterward, the customer will receive an email with a link to the Fast Track, where they can complete the booking and sign the contract.
Gather More Information for Each Booking
You can now add additional information to each booking so that it is reflected in the contracts. The new booking fields can be added from the settings and completed within the booking section. This will provide more flexibility to the platform, allowing it to better adapt to your processes.
Prioritize Long-Term Rentals
Sometimes, it is beneficial for your customers to request a product in the online store without checking its availability. In general, this is desirable for high-value products, where long-term rentals are prioritized. In these cases, the booking remains pending confirmation by the facility staff, and in the case of duplicate bookings, it can be resolved according to the facility’s policies.
